On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ray Go Solar, MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd (“MainStreet”) wishes to inform that MainStreet will cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 November 2025 as the Company has complied with Rule 3.12(1)(a) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), which stipulates that an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
Ray Go Solar was admitted to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities on 11 March 2022.
