The Board of Directors (the Board) of UMS, wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 177,633,985 new ordinary shares in Company on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 4 existing ordinary shares in UMS held by the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares”).
