We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MI by way of market making.
The MI-C39 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The MI-C39 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The MI-C39 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025.
The salient terms of the MI-C39 are set out in the attachment.
