Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad ("Board") wishes to announce that PT OSA Industries Indonesia, a 70% owned subsidiary of Deleum Services Sdn Bhd, which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Deleum, has, in the ordinary course of business, entered into RRPTs as detailed in the announcement, which the aggregate transacted value of the RRPTs for the period from 3 June 2025 to 31 October 2025 had exceeded the percentage ratio of 1%.
