Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 27 October 2025, 5 November 2025 and 11 November 2025.
The Company wishes to announce that today was fixed for hearing of stay of proceedings (Stay Motion) at the Court of Appeal.
During the Hearing the solicitors informed the Court that the parties have agreed to record a Consent Order in enclosure 19 for the Stay Motion and the Court granted order in terms of the Draft Consent Order with costs in the sum of RM2,000-00 payable to the Respondent.
