The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Court had on 14 November 2025 fixed the decision. The Court held that the Appellant had successfully proven its case and hence, the Form K and Form KA both dated 28 May 2021 are set aside. The penalty for late filing of returns reduced from RM270,000 to RM40,500, following the Appellant’s calculation.
