The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Capital Reduction.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 28 January 2025, 28 March 2025, 2 July 2025, 1 August 2025 and 4 September 2025 in relation to the Capital Reduction.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the High Court had on 17 November 2025 granted an order confirming the Capital Reduction ("Court Order") pursuant to Section 116 of the Act. The sealed copy of the Court Order will be extracted and lodged with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act for the Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
