The Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened for the proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate allowing the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into new Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature.

 A Circular setting out the details of the proposal will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
