The Board of Directors of JOE (the Board) wishes to announce that it has approved an extension of the Company's ESOS, which is set to expire on 17 November 2025, for a further duration of five (5) years, until 17 November 2030, in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. The extension is not subject to any approval from the Company's shareholders, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or any other relevant authorities. Appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
