The Board of Directors of Olympia wishes to announce that Sierra Aspects Sdn Bhd (“SASB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 24 November 2025 entered into a Heads of Agreement (“HOA”) with Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Perak (“PPNP”) to incorporate a company (“JV Company”) to upgrade a palm oil mill called Beruas Palm Oil Mill (license no. 617110004000) with a capacity of 30 metric tonne per hour (“Mill”) located at Lot 10706, Mukim Beruas, 32700 Manjung Perak (“Land”), to 60 metric tonne per hour and expand its operation, subject to the terms and conditions of the HOA.
