We refer to the announcement dated 10 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam has fixed 19 January 2026 as the hearing date for the Company’s application to seek an order pursuant to Section 366 of the Act for the Company to convene a meeting of its members in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
