The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 November 2025 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 25 November 2025 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "REX INDUSTRY BERHAD" to "ETA GROUP BERHAD" with effect from 25 November 2025.
