We refer to the previous announcement dated 9 August 2023 in respect of the development of solar PV plant of 29.99MW under CGPP at Mukim Padang Meha, District of Kulim, State of Kedah.
The Board of Directors of M K Land (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Citra Energies Sdn. Bhd. (“CESB”), which is a subsidiary of Solar Citra Sdn. Bhd. (“SCSB”), which is an indirect subsidiary of the Company had on 28 November 2025 entered into the EPCC Contract with Atlantic Blue Sdn. Bhd. (“ABSB”), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad.
