The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Green Energy Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“GERSB” or the “Purchaser”) had on 1 December 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Mewajohor Sdn Bhd [201201010103 (983623-X)]  (“MSB” or the “Vendor”) to acquire one (1) piece of freehold land attached with a single-storey medium industrial detached factory annexed with a three-storey office bearing the address No 7, Jalan Sg Tiram 1, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor (the “Subject Property”) for a total purchase consideration of RM5.0 million (“Purchase Consideration”) to be fully satisfied via a combination of bank borrowings and/or internally generated funds (“Proposed Acquisition”).
