| Working experience and occupation | Wan Haslan was an Audit Senior with Price Waterhouse which he joined in September 1991. In March 1994, he joined Amanah Merchant Bank Berhad as an Executive in the Capital Markets team. Later in December 1995, he joined Marditech Corporation Sdn Bhd where he was the Head of Finance and Corporate Affairs and in September 2004, he joined Tabung Haji Properties Sdn Bhd where he was the Assistant General Manager of Finance & Corporate Planning. In September 2008, he moved on his career to join Madinah Knowledge Economic City in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the CFO where he managed the listing of the Company on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in 2010. Subsequently in September 2011, he returned to Malaysia as the Group CFO of Iskandar Investment Bhd. He moved on to become the Group CFO of Westar Aviation Services Sdn Bhd in April 2016 and later in October 2020, he joined Sapura Resources Berhad as the Chief Corporate Planning and Business Development Officer. He joined Cahya Mata Sarawak as a CFO (Division) in February 2022 until June 2023. Currently, he is the CFO of Bandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a position that he has held from September 2023 until now.His appointment to our Board will benefit the Group through his broad local and international experience in finance and corporate management. |
