The HSI-CWM9 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSI-CWM9 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025 and the Term Sheet dated 4 December 2025.
The HSI-CWM9 will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025.
