In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-
1. date of the presentation of the Originating Summons;
2. confirmation as to whether Sin Line Tek Electronic Co. Sdn Bhd (“SLT”) is a major subsidiary of the Company;
3. the total cost of investment in SLT; and
4. the expected losses, if any.
