(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in UOA REIT’s announcements dated 2 October 2025 and 4 November 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”))

Reference is made to the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wish to announce that Bursa Securities, vide its letter dated 5 December 2025, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 107,831,325 Consideration Units to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisitions on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), subject to the following conditions:

1. UOA REIT and HLIB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Acquisitions;
2. UOA REIT and HLIB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Acquisitions;
3. UOA REIT and HLIB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Acquisitions is completed; and
4. To incorporate Bursa Securities’ comments as provided in the attachment in respect of the draft circular to unitholders.
