Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 21 November 2025 ("Announcement") relating to the change of its financial year end from 31 July 2025 to 31 January 2026. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of SCBUILD/0109 wishes to announce that the Company application to Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) for approval of an extension of time up to 31 July 2026 to hold its Twentieth Annual General Meeting pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 has been approved by CCM.
