The Company wishes to announce that the date for pronouncement of the Court of Appeal’s decision in Appeal No.: W-02(NCC)(W)-1459-09/2023 by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun against the High Court Judgment dated 30 August 2023 [“Appeal”] on 09 December 2025 has been vacated by the Court of Appeal. In this regard, the Court of Appeal has fixed another date for the pronouncement of its decision for the Appeal on 26 January 2026.
