The Board of Directors of Pasukhas (the “Board”) wishes to announce that the Board has approved to extend the Company's ESOS which is expiring on 17 December 2025 for a further duration of five (5) years until 17 December 2030 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws. The extension is not subject to any approval from the Company's shareholders, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or any other relevant authorities. Appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
