We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 30,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of YTLPOWR by way of market making.

The YTLPOWR-C1J is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The YTLPOWR-C1J is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The YTLPOWR-C1J is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under YTLPOWR-C1J are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
