OFFERING OF UP TO 96,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER HANG SENG INDEX ("HSI") ("HSI-CWOI")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 96,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over HSI by way of market making.


The HSI-CWOI is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The HSI-CWOI is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The HSI-CWOI is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-CWOI are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
