Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 17 April 2025 in relation to the Development Rights Agreement (“DRA”) entered into between Sunsuria Damansara Sdn Bhd (“SDSB”) (formerly known as Consolidated Factoring (M) Sdn Bhd), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Kwasa Development (13) Sdn Bhd (“KD13”).

The Company wishes to announce that SDSB has on 15 December 2025 remitted the Remaining Balance of RM79,770,731.00, being 90% of the Development Rights Value 1 (“DRV 1”), to KD13 in accordance with the payment schedule stipulated in the DRA.

Following the above, the full DRV 1 of RM88,634,146.00 has been duly paid to KD13 pursuant to the terms of the DRA.

For avoidance of doubt, all other terms and conditions of the DRA remain unchanged.
