The Board of Directors (“Board”) of PRG wishes to announce that Texstrip Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (“TMSB” or “ Purchaser”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Furniweb Holdings Limited, which in turn is a subsidiary of PRG, has on 15 December 2025 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Time IT IN E (Pantai Timur) Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of a piece of freehold land together with a single storey semi-detached factory and a double storey office building erected thereon, for a consideration of RM6,100,000 (“Proposed Acquisition”).
