Pursuant to the case management on 15 December 2025 and in respect of the ongoing Court proceeding, the Board of Directors of Pasukhas wishes to inform the following :-
(i) The case management on 15 December 2025 has been carried out with the update on the status of the pre-trial documents; (ii) The Court directed to resolve the matter through mediation before the Judge on 26 January 2026; and (iii) The trial fixed dates on 10 February 2026 to 12 February 2026 and 16 March 2026 to 19 March 2026 was remained.
