The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 18 December 2025 received the notice of registration of "MIDTOWN GROUP BERHAD" dated 18 December 2025 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.


Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "PASUKHAS GROUP BERHAD" to "MIDTOWN GROUP BERHAD" with effect from 18 December 2025.
