On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 66,666,000 new Daythree Shares issued pursuant to the Subscription, were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 30 December 2025, which marks the completion of the Subscription.
