Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements dated 29 April 2025, 27 August 2025 and 26 November 2025 in relation to the MOU entered into between the Company and Jiangsu ChengFeng New Materials Co., Ltd.

Following the MOU entered into between the Company and Jiangsu ChengFeng New Materials Co., Ltd., the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, WTEC Sdn Bhd, has on 30 December 2025 entered into a Sales Framework Agreement with GuangDong ShiFeng New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu ChengFeng New Materials Co., Ltd in relation to the purchase and supply of polyurethane foam.
