We refer to the announcements dated 29 February 2024, 26 July 2024, 24 October 2024, 29 October 2024, 22 January 2025, 28 January 2025, 18 February 2025, 26 February 2025 and 3 March 2025 in relation to the Proposed Joint Ventures (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that 12,000,000 RPS in BDSB have been fully redeemed by BDSB on 30 December 2025 at the issue price of RM1.00 each totalling to RM12.00 million pursuant to the ASB Subscription Agreement and DLSB Subscription Agreement.
