| Working experience and occupation | Kelvin Tan Aik Pen is the Managing Director of Innoprise Plantations Berhad and was appointed to the Board of Directors on 1 January 2026. He previously served as Managing Director from 2006 to 2019 and was involved in the development of the Group's plantation operations from greenfield sites into established oil palm estates and milling operations. He is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of TSH Resources Berhad. Kelvin began his entrepreneurial journey in 1977 in the cocoa industry, later applying an integrated and disciplined approach to the oil palm sector in Sabah and Indonesia. He led TSH's listings on Bursa Malaysia and the Singapore Exchange and remains supportive of sustainability and conservation initiatives. |
