The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad (“MSM” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that, following the cessation of the Acting Group Chief Executive Officer due to the expiry of his contract as Group Chief Operating Officer on 31 December 2025, the Board has established a Board Executive Committee (“BEC”) on an interim basis, effective 1 January 2026.

The Company will continue its business operations as usual. In the interim, the BEC will assume the functions and responsibilities of the Group Chief Executive Officer until further notice.
