On behalf of the Board of Directors of CCIB, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) wishes to inform that Mercury Securities will cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of CCIB with effect from 1 January 2026 upon the Company having successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
