Further to the announcements made on 14 November 2025 and 3 December 2025.
The Board of Directors of Midtown wishes to inform the following:-
(i) The first case management for Inland Revenue Board of Malayisia’s appeal was fixed on today. (ii) The Appellant informed the Court that the Notice of Appeal has been served on the Respondent, which the Respondent confirmed the same. (iii) The Court directed as follow: (a) The Appellant is to file the Record of Appeal before the expiry of the prescribed period; and (b) The next case management is fixed on 9 February 2026.
Any further material development of the above matter will be announced in due course.
