Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”), we wish to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, I-City Marketing Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business during the quarter ended 31 December 2025 as set out below:

The above provision of financial assistance has no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of I-Berhad Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
 

The details of the provision of financial assistance as at 31 December 2025 pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Listing Requirements are set out in the attachment.
