We refer to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 10 December 2025 regarding the non-compliance with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirements.

On 10 December 2025, the Company submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR.

Bursa Securities, via its letter dated 5 January 2026, acknowledged that the Company had achieved compliance as at 18 December 2025. It also resolved to grant the Company an extension of time from 9 December 2025 to 18 December 2025 to meet the Public Shareholding Spread Requirements under Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR. In accordance with items 4.3(a) and (b) of Practice Note 19, the Company wishes to announce that the extension granted was from 9 December 2025 to 18 December 2025.

This follows the Company’s announcement on 18 December 2025 that it had been notified of the sale of 600,000 ordinary shares of Mynews Holdings Berhad by a person connected to the Directors. The shares represented approximately 0.080% of the total issued share capital. As a result, the Company’s Public Shareholding Spread increased from 24.925% as at 9 December 2025 to 25.005% as at 18 December 2025. Accordingly, the breach has been rectified and the Company is now in compliance with Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR.
