1.         INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of Alam Maritim Resources Berhad ("ALAM” or "the Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd has received letter or award (“Letter of Award”) on 16 December 2025 from Vestigo Petroleum Sdn. Bhd. for Provision of Free-Span Rectification Works of 12-Inch Full Well Stream TNAG Pipeline (60km) (“Contract”). 

2.         DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT 

The Contract is awarded on lump sum basis wherein the total Contract Price is approximately Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Nine Million (RM29,000,000.00).

The Contract is expected to commence upon award and to complete within 6 months from commencement date.

3.         FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net tangible assets of ALAM Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

The Contracts will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of ALAM.

4.         RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTRACT

The risks associated with the Contract are normal operational risks which can be mitigated through Alam Group's system of project management and internal business controls.

5.         DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS

None of the Directors or major shareholders of ALAM, or persons connected to them has any direct or indirect interest in the Contract. 

6.         DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of ALAM is of the opinion that the acceptance and execution of the Contract is in the best interest of the Company.
