He is the Founder and Group Executive Chairman of Stealth Group of Companies, a telecommunications infrastructure group of companies with more than two decades of operating history in Malaysia. He brings extensive experience in infrastructure development, property-based network deployment, corporate structuring, project financing and regulated utilities, with a strong track record in building and scaling asset-heavy businesses.

Dato' Amrul founded Stealth and has led its evolution from a project-based operator into avertically integrated telecommunications infrastructure group involved in site acquisition,build-to-suit towers, ownership and long-term operation of network facilities across multiple states in Malaysia.

Dato' Amrul also has significant experience in infrastructure financing and capital markets.
