We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CIMB by way of market making.
The CIMB-C2J is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The CIMB-C2J is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 8 October 2025. The CIMB-C2J is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 October 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 November 2025.
The salient terms of the CIMB-C2J are set out in the attachment.
