Reference is made to our announcement dated 17 September 2025 pertaining to the proposed disposal of 100% equity interest in Vast Furniture Manufacturing (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. (“Vast Kunshan”) to Kunshan Meiao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“KMNET” or “Purchaser”) by Metro Kajang (Oversea) Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 199301016059 (270799-X)) (“MKOSB” or “Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Disposal”).

The Board of Directors of MKH Berhad (“MKH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that MKOSB has on 21 January 2026 completed the Disposal of 100% equity interest in Vast Kunshan for a total final consideration of Chinese Yuan Eighty Six Million Eight Hundred Thousand (CNY86,800,000-00) only, equivalent to approximately Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Million Five Hundred Thirty Five Thousand and Forty Three (RM50,535,043-00) only (based on exchange rate of RM1.00 : CNY1.71762).

Hence, Vast Kunshan ceased to be a subsidiary company of the Company.
