The Board of Directors of NetX Holdings Berhad ("NetX" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has approved the further extension of the timeframe for another 12 months until 21 January 2027 to provide additional time for the Group to utilise the balance of the proceeds raised from the Share Issuance exercise.
