Reference is made to the announcements dated December 9, 2025, December 30, 2025 and January 23, 2026 in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Non-Interested Board has deliberated on the contents of the Proposal Letter after taking into consideration the advice of the Independent Adviser and has resolved to table the Proposed SCR based on the terms of the Proposal Letter to all the disinterested shareholders of DKSH (Malaysia) for their consideration and approval.
