We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 7 February 2025, 20 March 2025, 24 June 2025, 25 September 2025 and 15 December 2025 respectively pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered between SSF and Rumah Ibu (“the Parties”) to collaborate on the Rancangan Perkampungan Tersusun (RPT) Negeri Perak. The Board of Directors of SSF (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Parties had on 28 January 2026 mutually agreed to terminate the MOU with immediate effect as there is no material development of the MOU (“Termination”).

The Termination is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company for the financial year ending 30 April 2026.

The Termination is not subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders and/or any regulatory authorities.

None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Termination.

The Board, having taken into consideration all aspects of the Termination, is of the opinion that the Termination is made in the best interests of the Company.
