Reference is made to the announcements made on 4 October 2024, 27 January 2025, 28 April 2025, 30 April 2025, 30 July 2025 and 30 October 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Serikandi Oil Field Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Serikandi") and Solar District Cooling Sdn. Bhd. ("SDC") ("Announcement").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had received purchase order from Serikandi for servicing on direct fired chilled works.

The further details of the purchase order were as follows:-

VALUE OF THE PURCHASE ORDER

The value of the purchase order was USD$3,000.00.

TENURE OF PURCHASE ORDER

The commencement date of the purchase order was 12 November 2025 and the date of delivery was 1 December 2025. The purchase order was a one-time order purchase.

FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The purchase order has contributed positively to the earnings of SDCG Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The purchase order did not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company.

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE ORDER

The Company did not expect any material risk arising from the purchase order other than normal operational risk associated with the purchase order which the Group would take appropriate measures to minimise them.

DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any direct or indirect interest in the above purchase order.
