Further to the Company’s announcement dated 18 November 2025, 8 December 2025, 7 January 2026 and 14 January 2026. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in that announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company’s lawyer attended the hearing on 27 January and the lawyer wishes to inform that the Court had approved the Company’s application made pursuant to the Act, subject to the extraction of the sealed Court Order.
The Company will make the necessary announcements upon the receipt of a duly sealed court order.
