Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 17 December 2024, 19 June 2025 and 29 October 2025 in relation to a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered between Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (“JTHSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Public Bank Berhad (“PBB”) for the supply and installation of photovoltaic solar panel system (“PV Solar Panel System”) for 135 PBB branches, covering 333 lots of properties owned by PBB, Public Bank Group Officers’ Retirement Benefits Fund and Public Holdings Sdn Bhd (“Project”) (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that since the last announcement until to-date, PBB has issued additional 2 letters of award (“LOA(s)”) to JTHSB, for the supply and installation of PV Solar Panel System with a total contract sum of RM1.67 million. As at the date of this announcement, the aggregate contract sum issued to JTHSB is RM6.43 million.
