We refer to the announcements dated 28 May 2025, 17 July 2025, 4 August 2025, 30 October 2025, 17 November 2025, 18 November 2025, 26 November 2025 and 3 December 2025 (“Announcements”). (Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.)
