The Closing Price of RM2.01258 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of GENM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than GENM-C3P's Exercise Price of RM2.20, holders of GENM-C3P will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised GENM-C3P will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the GENM-C3P shall terminate absolutely.
