We refer to the announcements dated 14 October 2025, 28 October 2025, 14 November 2025, 17 November 2025 and 3 December 2025 in relation to the ESOS.
CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Company, wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 30 January 2026, which is the date of full compliance of the ESOS in accordance with Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Company’s existing long term incentive plan has accordingly been terminated on 30 January 2026.
