Reference is made to our announcements on 21 February 2025, 17 April 2025, 11 June 2025, 29 August 2025 and 23 October 2025.

Further to the announcement on 23 October 2025, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update that the final tranche of payment with interest amounting to RM 27,902,335.85, which was expected to be made by THB Power Sdn Bhd before 28 January 2026, was not received. The decision of the Winding Up Petition was fixed on 28 January 2026 by the court.

Since no settlement of the payment was made by THB Power Sdn Bhd, the Court has allowed Mudajaya's Winding-Up Petition. THB Power Sdn Bhd since then has filed in the Notice of Appeal at the Court of Appeal and the Application to Stay the Winding Up Order, both of which is pending hearing dates as of the date of this announcement. Mudajaya will do all that is necessary to comply with the law and cooperate with all parties concerned in the recovery of the outstanding sum.

The Board and Management of the Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as required and/or upon receipt of further directions from the Court.
